Kazuki Yao (矢尾 一樹 Yao Kazuki)is a Japanese veteran voice actor. He had voiced Ninjaman in Ninja Sentai Kakuranger. He later reprises this role in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger.
He also voiced Boribaru in Mirai Sentai Timeranger vs. GoGo-V, Hades God Drake in Mahou Sentai Magiranger, and played the Mysterious Man in Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger.
What Kazuki is most famous for, however, is the voices of Franky, Mr. 2 Bon Kurei, and Jango of One Piece, as well as Shinobu Fujiwara from Dancouga.
