Kawashima (川島) is one of the Rikuo Byakuya Victim Association duo who is selected to be a part of the Universe Warriors as VulEagle (バルイーグル Baru Īguru).
History[]
Kawashima and Iwashita losing their TegaSwords.
While Rikuo was practicing his dance routine, Kawashima, along with Iwashita, introduced themselves as members of the Rikuo Byakuya Victim Association. He blames Rikuo because his girlfriend, Haruka, dumped him to become a Rikuonist and transformed into VulEagle. However, both he and Iwashita were both defeated by Rikuo when he transformed into GozyuLeon, leading them to be disqualified from the Battle for the Rings and having their rings taken by Rikuo. They were last seen running away following their loss.

in Kamen Rider × Kamen Rider Wizard & Fourze: Movie War Ultimatum.

Etymology[]
- Like his compatriot Iwashita, Kawashima's name contains the particle "Washi", making it homophonous with his eagle (鷲 Washi) animal motif as Vul Eagle.
Notes[]
- Kawashima wears sunglasses similar to the pair Daizaburo Arashiyama wore in Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan.
- Kawashima’s last pose during his pre-transformation sequence is a reference to the transformation pose in Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan.
