Katie Walker is Time Force Yellow of the Time Force Rangers. She is also referred to as Yellow Time Force Ranger.
History[]
Time Force[]
An officer for the Time Force Police in the year 3000, Katie Walker participated in the battle against the Mutant fugitive Ransik. Although Alex managed to capture Ransik, the villain ultimately escaped with his daughter Nadira's help.
Katie and her teammates Jen, Lucas, and Trip witnessed Ransik strike down Alex and flee to the past. Before his supposed death, Alex charged Katie and her teammates to travel to the past and bring Ransik to justice. He gave each of them a Chrono Morpher, with Katie possessing the Yellow Morpher.
As the officers traveled back to the year 2001, they soon realized they needed a fifth member to use Alex's Red Chrono Morpher. They ultimately recruited Wes Collins to take Alex's place. TV STORY-Force from the Future
While in the year 2001, Katie and her fellow Time Force Rangers took residence in an abandoned Clock Tower. Katie quickly grew close with her teammates, and she was shown to be very affectionate and protective of those she cared about. Eventually, however, Katie started feeling homesick and missed her family from the future. She began doubting the Rangers' mission, worrying that their actions in the past may impact her family members in the future. After a battle with the Mutant Vexicon, Katie realized that her family would be fine and that her attention should be focused on her life in the present. TV STORY-Future Unknown
Although Katie often joked around with her fellow Time Force Rangers, she proved to be a great friend multiple times, such as when Trip felt he didn't offer anything to the team. Katie quickly consoled the Green Ranger, assuring him of his importance to the team. Katie later learned the history of the Clock Tower after falling into a Time Hole. She encountered Walter Brown, the original owner of the Clock Tower in the early 1800s. She used her superhuman strength to defend Walter from the town's bully, Drake. When she returned to 2001, she believed her experience to be a dream until she discovers a painting with Walter and his love interest Gwen. TV STORY-The Legend of the Clock Tower
When her male teammates started dating the same woman, Katie and Jen discover the woman is actually the Mutant Contemptra in disguise. The pair worked together to defeat the Mutant and free their teammates of her mind control. TV STORY-Lovestruck Rangers While working as an employee of Nick of Time Odd Jobs, Katie is hired by Mitch as he tried to learn the identities of the Time Force Rangers. Mitch quickly learned that Katie and her friends were the Rangers, though he agreed not to reveal their secret after Katie saved him in a falling elevator. TV STORY-Full Exposure
After the Power Rangers were transported into alternate, cinematic dimensions by Cinecon, Katie found herself inside a musical. She performed a dance number with a male actor, but returned to the normal world after Wes and Trip smashed Cinecon's clipboard. TV STORY-Movie Madness
Soon after, it was revealed that Alex had not died in his previous encounter with Ransik, and he traveled back to 2001 to resume his role as the Red Time Force Ranger. Katie expresses her frustrations with Alex's cold leadership style, preferring Wes as the Red Ranger. Despite his aggression, Katie had no issue standing up to her former leader. TV STORY-Fight Against Fate After a number of arguments, Alex stepped down as the Red Ranger and gave his Morpher back to Wes. TV STORY-Destiny Defeated
With the majority of the Mutant criminals captured, Katie eagerly awaited returning to the year 3000, though Trip convinced her that she would miss the year 2001. TV STORY-A Calm Before the Storm
Wes, fearing Katie and the others wouldn't survive the final fight against Ransik, sent the four Time Force Rangers back to the future. When they returned, Alex informed the Rangers that Wes does not survive in 2001. Shocked by this news, Katie, Jen, Lucas, and Trip all agreed to return to the past to help Wes. Katie participated in the final battle against Ransik, Frax, and their forces. Due to Nadira's change of heart, Ransik ultimately surrenders to the Time Force Rangers. With their objective complete, the Time Force Rangers say their goodbyes to Wes, with Katie tearfully hugging him. TV STORY-The End of Time

Rising of the Mut-Orgs[]
One year later after Ransik's defeat, due by the appearance of the Mut-Orgs in the year 2002, informed by Trip about these three monsters, Katie and Lucas decided to go find Nadira, reuniting with her again and ask for her help. Together with Trip, they go to the prison where Ransik is being held, for his help against these Mut-Orgs. TV STORY-Reinforcements from the Future, Pt. 1]
Teaming up with the Wild Force Rangers[]
The Rangers return to the Animarium, discouraged. Circuit contacts them and says that reinforcements are on the way in the Time Ship. The rest of the Rangers meet the Time Ship on the beach. The Time Force Rangers have a reunion after much time, until Ransik and Nadira appears and Cole Evans successful calm the situation.
On the Animarium Katie like the other Rangers found out that Ransik created the Mut-Orgs.
The next day Katie along with her fellow Time Force Rangers, the Wild Force Rangers and Nadira and Ransik go to the power plant and divide into groups.
Katie accompanied Eric Myers and Taylor Earhardt into the power plant where the Mut-Orgs were located. Katie fought and defeated several Putrids, Taylor is contacted by Max, who uses the Quantum Defender to shoot the reactor.
The Mut-Orgs without their mutant powers try to run, only to be stopped by Merrick. Soon, all the Rangers gather to face the Mut-Orgs, morph into their Ranger forms.
Katie team ups with Taylor against several Putrids during the battle, Katie gives impulse to Taylor against these Putrids.
Katie and her fellow Time Force Rangers and the Wild Force Rangers regroup with the Red Rangers with their respective Battlizers and attacking with the Chrono Blasters and Crystal Sabers destroying the Mut-Orgs.
With their battle now won, the Rangers rush back to Ransik and Nadira. Katie, like the other Rangers witness Ransik's redemption and has also turned him fully human. They all return to the Animarium for a picnic in celebration. During the picnic, Katie beats Danny at arm wrestling due to using her super strength. She then returns to the future in the year 3001. The Time Force Rangers were featured in a chronicle of Power Ranger history compiled by Tommy Oliver shortly after he formed the Dino Rangers, which was found by the nascent Ranger team in the Dino Lab. TV STORY-Legacy of Power

Katie along with her fellow Time Force Rangers and other Ranger teams are seen in Troy's premonition about the Legendary Battle. TV STORY-Mega Mission

Super Megaforce[]
Emperor Mavro was defeated, but the remaining thousands of X Borgs still stand. Tommy gathered all the existing Power Rangers, Katie returned with her fellow Time Force Rangers as part of the army of Legendary Rangers led by Tommy that helped the Mega Rangers defeat the Armada once and for all, fighting in a huge battle against hundreds of X Borgs and dozens of Bruisers. After the demise of the X Borgs, Tommy shook hands with Troy and teleported off along with Katie and the Legendary Rangers. She then once again returns to the future in the year 3013. Dino Fury[]
Zayto activates the Legendary Ranger Database, showing Master Blue that Master Green came to them after the Dinohenge statues were destroyed and restored them to normal. Also, Zayto says that he found Ranger teams who were saved in their darkest moments through unexplained reasons and shows them three specific moments. Including the Legendary Battle where all the Legendary Rangers including Katie and the other Time Force Rangers coming to the aid of the Megaforce Rangers in the Legendary Battle and helping them defeat an entire army of the Armada's X Borgs. - Walter Brown and Gwen: Katie encountered Walter and Gwen when she was teleported into the colonial era. There, she helped Walter against the town's bully, Drake. She later discovered Walter and Gwen were responsible for building the Clock Tower that the Rangers used as their headquarters.

- Drake: Katie met Drake after being teleported to the 1800s. Drake bullied Walter Brown, but Katie helped Walter overcome Drake's harassment.

Ranger Key[]
The Time Force Yellow Ranger Key is Katie’s personal Ranger Key. This key along with the majority of the Core Ranger Keys are seen lining the Command Center's interior walls. This key is mainly used by Gia Moran (Super Megaforce Yellow) who uses it to fight as the Yellow Time Force Ranger. Although it has not been used, it has been seen in the Scanner app and the toyline.
