Karras Dehaan (カーラス・デハーン Kārasu Dehān)[1] was the former King[2] of Gokkan, who faked her death in the aftermath of the Wrath of God incident to hunt down Glodi Leucodium in secret, and sealed herself along with him for 15 years. Two years later, Karras is murdered by Kamejim Unka, when he and Minongan Moth unsealed both of her and Glodi. During her brief return from Hakabaka to fight against Dagded Dujardin, she temporarily transforms into Papillon Ohger (パピヨンオージャー PapiyonŌjā).

Personality[]
Karras is shown to be a benevolent and fair supreme judge. She's also shown to be tactical, as shown when she willingly stepped down from Gokkan throne to apprehend Glodi, who despite confirmed being the perpetrator of Wrath of God, is unable to be judged by conventional law due to lack of proof.
Powers and Abilities[]
Powers[]
- Frozen Imprisonment: Dubbed as the Gokkan secret art, Karras could encase herself and her target in ice for an indefinite amount of time or until the ice is broken by outside forces, effectively imprisoning the target. Karras herself had defined this power as a last resort move which serves to apprehend those who could not be judged by the law. Additionally, she could also bestow this ability on other people by embedding it onto the receiver's right eye.
