Kagura (覚羅)[1] was the master of the first Shurikenger and former leader of the Space Unified Ninja School. She is addressed as Your Highness (御前様 Gozen-sama) by all members of the school.
History[]
Kagura, from her real name, was born more than 500 years ago, from a certain lord. One day, her village was attacked by the Jakanja and she got the Bow of Grieving Medal sealed in her forehead by her father, causing her age to stagnate, allowing her to stay young for centuries, even witnessing her father's newly planted tree to grow. Her basic human needs, such as the need for food, were also rendered null by the stone.
In the present day, she lived self-sufficient, with only Shurikenger and Mugensai knowing of her existence, through her shrine, or Mugensai's phone. Eventually, the Hurricanegers came to discover her, due to Mugensai and Shurikenger keeping mention of her. However, Mugensai had no idea of her appearance, and did not even expect her to be a woman, as she was always addressed as Gozen-sama.
Due to the nature of the sealed stone, she could afford to express strong feelings such as sorrow, as it would undo the seal. With Cursed Fan-Beast Madogi chasing her, she moved to the Hayate Style Ninjutsu Research Lab with the Hurricanegers, where she began to make bonds, she swore to never have, simply because the ninja swore to hazard their lives for her.
However, in the fight against Sandaaru, Kagura, who was supposed to be hidden, revealed herself, using the stone's power to defend the Hurricanegers. Sandaaru eventually figured out what her weakness was and used her grief to weaken the seal. With the medal removed, Kagura almost immediately aged more than 500 years, leading to her vanishing.
Legacy[]
Ten years later, Kagura's position as the Space Unified Ninja School's head was succeeded by a lookalike relative, who was referred to as the "Inspector" (査問官 Samonka).

Former Powers[]
- Bow of Grieving Empowerment: As the host of the Dark Stone, Kagura was bestowned with various powers. However, these powers were lost once she experienced sadness and the stone got removed from her body.
- Longevity: Thank to the Stone, Kagura had stayed youthful for over 500 years and no longer needed food for sustenance.
- Energy Barrier: She could erect a barrier to protect herself.
- Energy Attack: She could use energy to attack enemies.
- Levitation: Kagura was seen levitating when she first revealed herself to the Hurricanegers.
Weaknesses[]
- Grieving: Due to the nature of the Dark Stone, Kagura was required to abstain from sadness and grieving to keep the sealing active.

Kagura is portrayed by Hitomi Miwa (三輪ひとみ Miwa Hitmoi) who later portrayed Rena Mamiya (Imitated) / Uca Worm (Human Form)
in Kamen Rider Kabuto and Yuriko Kitou in Avataro Sentai Donbrothers. As a child, she was portrayed by Ayaka Takata (高田 彩香 Takata Ayaka).
