Justin was the first Red Dark Ranger and the leader of the Dark Rangers, also Jason Lee Scott's evil counterpart.
History
Mighty Morphin
Justin was one of five new students that had transferred to Angel Grove High. They had met Tommy, Zack, and Billy after sending Bulk and Skull towards them rolling in garbage cans. After introducing themselves, Justin and his friends begin to pick on another student named Stewart. Tommy stops them and he, Zack, and Billy decide to confront them. Justin and his friends issue a threat and then leave.
Justin and his friends encounter Jason, Zack, Billy, and Kimberly at the beach and wanted to fight the Rangers to prove that Angel Grove belonged to them, but before they could fight, Justin and his friends were teleported to the Otherworld by Lord Zedd as he was watching them and saw Justin and his friends as perfect candidates to be his Dark Rangers. Justin and his friends are greeted by Zedd in the Otherworld where Zedd tells them that he has selected them to become his Dark Rangers.
When the Rangers were teleported into the Otherworld by Zedd, Justin and his friends showed themselves to the Rangers showing that they have become Zedd's newest warriors.
After Zedd sent the Rangers back to Earth, Justin and his friends waited for Zedd's next order. As Zedd was about to send the Dark Rangers in the Thunderzords, Tommy entered the Otherworld and destroyed the Green Crystal which freed Justin and his friends from Zedd's control and sent them back to Earth.
Justin would be seen again at the end of the episode when he and his friends are entering the Youth Center ordering soda's, but Jason comes in saying that he will give them money for it and both the Rangers and the new students decide to make peace and start over again.
