Junichi Haruta (春田 純一 Haruta Jun'ichi) is a Japanese actor who had played Kanpei Kuroda (GoggleBlack) in Dai Sentai Goggle V and Ryu Hoshikawa (DynaBlack) in Kagaku Sentai Dynaman. He also played Madgalant, one of the main villains of the Metal Hero show Kyojuu Tokusou Juspion, in 1985. Haruta is peculiar among tokusatsu actors in that he is one of the few who also does his own stunts, in and out of suit. Aside from doing his own stunts as Goggle and DynaBlack, he was previously a suit actor for Spade Ace and Big One in J.A.K.Q. Dengekitai. He also played Souji Rippukan's father, Genryu Rippukan, in three episodes of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
In the Kamen Rider franchise, he played Trial B in Kamen Rider Blade and Doctor Prospect in Kamen Rider W Returns.

- He is the fourth actor so far to play two different main Rangers of a team, alongside Hiroshi Miyauchi, Yukio Ito, Kenji Ohba, and Hiroya Matsumoto.
- However, unlike them or any other double-role Sentai hero, Haruta is the only one to play the same color consecutively.
- He was nearly brought in to play Hiryuu Tsurugi (ChangeDragon) in Dengeki Sentai Changeman due to the problems in finding an actor for his portrayal (the role eventually went to Haruki Hamada).
