Jouji Shibue (渋江 譲二 Shibue Jōji) is a Japanese model and actor.
He plays Nobuharu's friend Hiroshi Nakazato in episode 15 of Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger and Master Blue in Kishiryu Sentai Ryusoulger.
He is well known for his roles as Mamoru Chiba (Tuxedo Kamen/Prince Endymion) in the live action Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon and Iori Izumi
(Kamen Rider Ibuki) in Kamen Rider Hibiki.
