Joe is a mechanic who presumably skipped college and went to trade school, seeing as he encouraged Calvin to quit high school and work for him.

Joe was portrayed by Jared Turner, who voiced Whiger in Jungle Fury and would go on to portray Tarrick in Dino Fury and Cosmic Fury.
