This article is about a minion in Choju Sentai Liveman.

Jimmers (ジンマー Jinmā) are the robot foot soldiers of the Armed Brain Army Volt.

History[]

In episode 4, Doctor Mazenda created a new model of Jimmer named "Dummy Men" which are able to disguise themselves as humans in order to perform covert operations. TV STORY-Ep. 4: Expose! The Dummy Man

Doctor Obular used a Jimmer with a recording and a sonic transmitter to play dinosaur calls and lure Dinosaur Gon out of hiding. TV STORY-Ep. 7: Dinosaur VS LiveRobo

One of the Dummy Mans in episode 13 malfunctioned when exposed to a poison gas sample Volt was developing, causing him to break free of Volt's control and flee. Found by Megumi and Colon, the rogue Dummy Man fell in love with Colon and ultimately sacrificed his own life to save her from Poison Gas Brain Beast.

Turboranger[]

The Jimmers appear in the clips from Choju Sentai Liveman seen in the first episode of Kousoku Sentai Turboranger.

Combined Combatant[]

Combined Combatant

Combined Combatant; the Jimmer is on the inside of the right thigh.

Several Jimmers were part of an army of past enemy grunts that were fought by the Gokaigers in Los Dark's ghost dimension which housed the 1500 spirits of the villains defeated by the Super Sentai. After losing some of their number in an initial skirmish, the remaining members from each grunt group merged to form the Combined Combatant. Though the stronger opponent, the Combined Combatant proved to be unstable due to internal conflicting among the grunts composing him over who got to finish the pirates off. Taking advantage, the Gokaigers used the Battle Fever J Ranger Keys to destroy the Combined Combatant with the Penta Force cannon. TV STORY-Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger the Movie: The Flying Ghost Ship

Super Sentai Battle Base[]

The Jimmers are among the various foot soldier forces which appear in the mobile game Super Sentai Battle Base.

Personality[]

As robots, Jimmers have no discernable personality or ambition other than following whatever tasks and orders are assigned to them by Volt's members. However, as demonstrated by the rogue Dummyman in episode 13, should they malfunction in a way that overwrites their primary programming, Jimmers are able to develop sentience which allows them to learn morality and even human emotions like love and self-sacrifice.

Powers and Abilities[]

Powers[]

Jimmers are also able to fire lightning blasts from their eyes and can have extra hardware installed into them to aid in the execution of Volt's experiments such as an audio system to broadcast certain sounds. TV STORY-Ep. 7: Dinosaur VS LiveRobo

Abilities[]

The most dangerous ability possessed by the Jimmers is their ability to continue moving even when broken apart, allowing the dismembered pieces to continue attacking such as a severed hand strangling an opponent or a decapitated head firing it's optic blasts from midair.
