Red Samurai Ranger (XIX)

Jayden Shiba is Samurai Ranger Fire, the Red Samurai Ranger of the Samurai Rangers, and the leader of the team, who took his sister Lauren Shiba’s position. He then became the 19th head of the Shiba Clan. He pilots the Lion FoldingZord and controls the element of fire.

History

Shattered Grid

When the Nighlok started emerging again, Jayden and Mentor Ji went off to investigate, and Lauren resumed duties as leader of the Samurai Rangers. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! Studios) Issue 26

When Jason Lee Scott and Lauren are teleported ten miles outside of Corinth City by Jen's teleportation technology, Lauren tells Jason about her story, and they both compare notes about how Drakkon changes things on the world. Lauren mentions that in the last five weeks, the Nighlok have been threatening to return. Jayden and Mentor Ji went undercover to investigate. COMIC STORY- Mighty Morphin Power Rangers (Boom! It's unknown if Jayden and Mentor Ji are captured or killed by Lord Drakkon.

Jayden's timeline was later restored by the Mighty Morphin Rangers after they defeated Drakkon.

The Samurai Rangers are seen as Dark Specter possesses Vessel's body.
