Javier "Javi" Garcia is a musician and the stepbrother of Izzy who becomes the second Dino Fury Black Ranger, and the second Black Ranger of the Dino Fury Rangers.

The Dino Fury Rangers are seen as Dark Specter spreads his infection throughout the Morphin Grid.
Mistress Vile spreads Dark Specter's infection throughout the Morphin Grid, reaching Rangers across time and space.

After Kiya Kyatyl destroys the Master Arch, Mistress Vile gifts Dark Specter a staff that allows him to breach the Morphin Grid. Personality[]
Javi is a free-spirited individual who enjoys playing music, but he's sometimes a silent type. He also has the tendency to be a little airheaded and empathic towards other people. Since his father doesn't approve of his music skills, he finds it hard to play music anywhere, until he finally lets it out, eventually earning his father's approval. Regardless, he is dedicated, gutsy, and willing to help anyone in any way possible.

This is Javi's primary Ranger form that was granted by the use of the Stego Dino Key. It is based on a Stegosaurus.
