James McFay, otherwise known under his stage name James MacLurcan, and also James Beaufort, is an Australian actor and model who portrayed Mack Hartford/Red Operation Overdrive Ranger in Power Rangers Operation Overdrive.
Biography[]
After Power Rangers, MacLurcan also began directing and producing. He had done both for a short film titled Pete Homme, which starred his co-stars Rhoda Montemayor, Gareth Yuen, and Caitlin Murphy.
Under his real name, he directed and acted in Tiger, a romantic short film about a couple in Japan. He also directed Burning Hearts, a short film about a taxi driver who fights the Yakuza in order to safe the life of a teenaged girl in Tokyo. He currently has a webpage with all his artistic production called Beaufort.
MacLurcan has also worked as a comedy writer for The Ronnie Johns Half Hour
Since 2024, MacLurcan has starred in Neighbors, an Australian soup opera.
