Jacqueline "Jackie" Emma Clarke, is a New Zealand actress, singer, and comedian who voiced Poisandra in Power Rangers Dino Charge, Power Rangers Dino Super Charge, Power Rangers Super Ninja Steel, and Power Rangers Beast Morphers.

She was a judge on New Zealand Idol in 2005.
In 2016, she was named Top Female Artist by the Variety Artists Club of New Zealand.
In the 2018 Queen's Birthday Honors in New Zealand, she was awarded the New Zealand Order of Merit for her services in the entertainment industry.
