Illusion Monster (ゲンソウ怪人, Genzō Kaijin) was the forty-second of Egos' Monsters. She was a moth-themed monster who could spawn illusions and wielded a staff.
Illusion Robot inherited the Illusion Monster's powers, with its staff causing explosions on contact.

Design[]
- Illusion Monster was designed by character designer Ryuu Noguchi.
- "I was aware that I wanted to make at least one piece like this as an accent. As I was working on it, I felt that "they were all the same," and I thought it would be good to have at least one psychedelic one. I don't know how effective it would have been to use a butterfly as a motif and have them wear thin silk or something like that.” (Noguchi)
