Ikazuchi (イカヅチ lit. "Thunder") is an insectoid demon that accompanied Akomaru to the human world after Akomaru was resurrected from spirit world (Hell) by the Gorma Emperor. Serving as Akomaru's bodyguard and mount, Ikazuchi's power was sufficient enough to attract the attention of Daijinryuu and awaken the Yo-Power within KibaRanger Kou. After Kou was purified by his mother and rejoined the team, Ikazuchi was killed by the Heavy Armor Qi Palace.

- Self Growth: Ikazuchi is able to grow without the need of a Growth Bomb.
- Lightning Blast: Ikazuchi could fire either yellow or multicolored lightning from the horns on his body.
- Teleportation: Ikazuchi can teleport from one place to another.
- Eye Lightning: Ikazuchi can fire yellow-colored lightning from his eye.

- Speed: Ikazuchi can run at great speeds by traveling in a blue blur.
- Armor Transformation: When Akomaru shouts "Yo Power Combine" Ikazuchi can transform into a powered armor that Akomaru can control.

- It's design is based on an insectoid.
- Ikazuchi's concept is designed by Tamotsu Shinohara (篠原 保 Shinohara Tamotsu). In the design drawing, it was treated as Akomaru's powered armor.
