Iceage was an impact winter/smilodon-themed monster and is the first monster of Power Rangers Dino Charge as well as the first monster of Power Rangers Dino Super Charge and overall the very first monster in the entire Power Rangers Dino Charge series. Iceage served as the main antagonist of the episodes "Powers From the Past" and "Past, Present and Fusion", as well as one of the three main antagonists of the episode "World Famous (in New Zealand)", the secondary antagonist of the episode "When Evil Stirs" and one of the secondary antagonists of the episode "Wings of Danger".
History[]
Iceage is one of Sledge's captives in prehistoric times. He is the very first outlaw to descend to the planet after Sledge returns to Earth and is the first monster to be both encountered and fought by the Dino Charge Rangers. In modern times, he reappears hunting the Energems Sledge had been after. He disguises himself as a cloaked thief and managed to take the crate containing the Pink Energem, due to Kendall, Chase, and Koda accidentally leaving it in the back of the truck (which made it easy to steal). Shelby follows the monster and steals the box before Tyler appears, enraging the outlaw and leading him to encase both humans in ice. Fortunately, they managed to come into contact with the present Energems before freezing, the resulting transfer of energy shattering the ice and subsequently morphing them into the Red and Pink Rangers. After a brief fight, the T-Rex Zord, attracted by the Rangers, arrives and sends Iceage flying. TV STORY-Powers From the Past
Iceage later returns with an army of Vivix and began attacking the city when the Rangers and the T-Rex Zord appear to fight back. He was destroyed by a combined attack performed by the Red Ranger and his T-Rex Zord. Later, Keeper explains Iceage is a servant to Sledge and that his arrival is the first sign of the bounty hunter's return to Earth. TV STORY-Past, Present and Fusion
Wrench later uses the Reanimator to revive Iceage and Sting Rage to help Meteor claim the Purple Energem. Iceage is defeated by Albert Smith during his brief time as the Dino Charge Purple Ranger where he and Sting Rage are caught in Albert's rope trap. TV STORY-World Famous (in New Zealand)
For the third time, Iceage is sent to face the Rangers only this time under the orders of the freed Heckyl and Snide. TV STORY-When Evil Stirs
The ghosts of Iceage, Sting Rage, and Meteor are summoned to the Halloween Intergalactic Court by Scumlaw where they tell their side of their story. TV STORY-Trick or Trial
Iceage is among the monsters revived by Wrench as part of Doomwing's plot to divert the Rangers while going after Zenowing again. Due to the revival being sped up, Iceage is rendered unable to speak aside from retching and fights alongside Meteor and Sting Rage again. However, Tyler defeats them and the revived monsters are obliterated by the Victory Maximum Final Strike. TV STORY-Wings of Danger
Personality[]
Iceage was a monstrous, ill-tempered, sneaky, intelligent, persistent, and sadistic outlaw with a literally cold heart. He would go as far as murdering those in his way by freezing them. Despite his persistence, his anger was his own worst enemy as it caused him to underestimate the Rangers and be defeated. Iceage was good friends with Sting Rage and Meteor though.
Powers and Abilities[]
Powers[]
- Strength: Considering he was the first monster of the entire season, Iceage was rather strong when compared to earlier monsters.
- Durability: Iceage was only knocked him over by an accidental shot from Tyler's Dino Charge Morpher and survived being chomped on by Rexy as well as being thrown away.
- Vivix Summoning: Iceage could summon an army of Vivix to aid him in battle.
- Vivizord and Giant Spikeball Summoning: When enlarged, Iceage could summon Vivizords and giant Spikeballs to aid him in battle with the Rangers' Megazords.
Abilities[]
- Hand-to-Hand Combat: Iceage was clearly a fairly skilled hand-to-hand combatant as he was able to match Tyler move for move during their brawl at the construction site.
Weaknesses[]

Arsenal[]
- Ice Claws: Iceage possessed two huge arms that ended in icicle-like claws for combat.
- Finger Lasers: Iceage could fire blue energy lasers from his clawed fingers at his enemies. These were able to cause large explosions behind the Rangers.
- Ice Stream: Iceage could charge up his clawed hands with blue energy and fire a large stream of ice blue cold wind from his clawed fingers at his enemies that can freeze them upon touch. They are cold enough to freeze Tyler, his car, the T-Rex Zord, Shelby, Riley, Chase, Ivan, Kendall, and an entire building with just one hit.
- Ice Blast: Iceage could launch a blast of freezing ice from his hands as well.
- Hooded Cloak: Iceage wore a black cloak with a hood to conceal his appearance while he was trying to steal the Pink Energem. It was discarded when his true nature was discovered.
