Hunter is a blue-ringed octopus/cheetah-themed outlaw with a hunter motif. He served as the tertiary antagonist of the episode "Roar of the Red Ranger" and the secondary antagonist of the episode "Forged Under Fire".
History[]
Hunter is seen in a cell watching Scrapper trying to escape. TV STORY-A Fool's Hour
Hunter was seen in a cell in "The Royal Rangers" along with several of his inmates reaching out of their cells trying to attack Fury.
Hunter can be seen in a cell in "True Black".
Hunter is seen in a cell in "No Matter How You Slice It".
Hunter later appeared in a cell cowering in fear that Heckyl was being released from Solitary Confinement and then later tries to escape when Heckyl used his powers to open up all the prison cell bars, but was forced back in his cell by two Spikeballs in "Wishing for a Hero".
Hunter is seen being released by Heckyl along with his inmates in When Evil Stirs.
Hunter volunteers to help Singe and is partnered with Ninja to hunt Tyler after his compatriot used a virus to turn him completely feral. He and Ninja fight the Dino Charge Rangers and gain the upper-hand until Tyler and James Navarro arrive, causing Hunter to retreat. Before Heckyl can kill Hunter for cowardice and allowing Ninja's death, Singe tells Heckyl to spare him, stating that he still needs Hunter as bait for his next plan. TV STORY-Roar of the Red Ranger
Singe uses Hunter as bait to lure the Power Rangers out to the open, so he may neutralize their powers by placing the Zotak Rings on their Energems. Doing so will render them unable to morph and powerless which will make them easy to destroy and thus will be able to get their Energems. Although Hunter does his role perfectly, Fury interferes with the plan and thus forcing Singe to weaken him with two of his Zotak rings so that he can no longer interfere.
Despite the disadvantage of having to fight the incapacitated Rangers in a five-on-one battle, Hunter is successful at besting them while Singe deals with the other four heroes. However, once Tyler destroys Singe's control, the five Rangers fighting him recover their energy and work together to destroy the outlaw permanently. They do so by combining their Dino Morpher Blasts into a cloud of energy and then have Ivan (performing his Gold Ptera Saber's Ptera Saber Final Strike) fly through it before energy slashing Hunter. Hunter can only bemoan being unable to complete his mission before being blown apart. TV STORY-Forged Under Fire
The ghosts of Hunter and Ninja are summoned to the Halloween Intergalactic Court by Scumlaw where they tell their side of their fight with the Rangers. TV STORY-Trick or Trial
Hunter is among the monsters revived by Wrench as part of Doomwing's plot to divert the Rangers while going after Zenowing again. Due to the revival being sped up, Hunter is rendered unable to speak and is significantly weaker. He and the other monsters are destroyed by the Victory Maximum Final Strike. TV STORY-Wings of Danger
