Horn is a weevil-themed monster and arms dealer who Furio brought in to steal the Quasar Sabers from the Galaxy Rangers.
History
Horn agreed to help the general, excited at the prospect of capturing rare weapons like the Quasar Sabers, but refused to give the general the Transdaggers in his possession. He raided the GSA weapons cache, effectively drawing the Rangers out in the open. He snatched every Quasar Saber from their respective Rangers, save Leo Corbett's. When he refused to let go of his, Horn captured him along with his saber.
