Horn is a waterbug-themed monster and arms dealer whom Furio brought in to steal the Quasar Sabers from the Galaxy Rangers. He serves as the main antagonist of the episode "Rookie in Red".

History

Horn was an alien thief and arms dealer who specialized in stealing and selling the things. He was hired by Furio. Furio ordered Horn to steal the Quasar Sabers. Furio also tasked Horn to steal the Transdaggers for Scorpius. Horn agreed to help the general, excited at the prospect of capturing rare weapons like the Quasar Sabers, but refused to give the general the Transdaggers in his possession. He raided the GSA weapons cache, effectively drawing the Rangers out in the open. He snatched every Quasar Saber from their respective Rangers, save Leo Corbett's. When he refused to let go of his, Horn captured him along with his saber. Afterward, he had the Stingwingers melt down every weapon but the sabers, citing they are too precious to destroy when Furio demanded he throw them into the melting pot. Leo's saber rebelled against Horn, effectively orchestrating his escape, which allowed him to switch the Sabers with fakes. Horn then enlarged himself but was defeated by the Lion Galactabeast. Horn was later revived by Hexuba to fight the Rangers in an industrial area, where he was defeated by the Transdaggers' Star Formation attack. TV STORY-Hexuba's Graveyard

Personality

Horn was a cunning, treacherous, and deceptive monster, who will not stop to steal all the Quasar Sabers and bring them to Furio. He was a cunning, manipulative, and unpredictable and nearly succeeded in his plan. He was also arrogant and prideful and considered himself the best. This was actually his mistake which led to his defeat at the hands of the Rangers. But he is also loyal to Furio and Hexuba.

• Stretchable Limbs: Horn can stretch his limbs to steal anything he targets.
  • Lightning Effect: Horn can energize his limbs with yellow lightning to damage his opponents.

• Expert Thief: Horn is an expert in stealing, having stolen the Transdaggers.

• Magical Loincloth: Horn has a magical loincloth covering his lower body, which he uses to store the artifacts he stole.
  • Containment: The loincloth can also be used to contain and capture humans.
• Laser Pistol: Horn wields a laser pistol for combat to fire orange energy lasers at his opponents.
• Sword: Horn also wields a sword for combat.
• Growth Elixir: He used a special elixir that allowed him to grow giant.
