Tritor, a native of Horath.
Horath is a desert planet populated by a race of half-reptilian humanoid aliens such as Tritor. The planet has a basic Warrior/Soldier Culture, similar to the Klingons in Star Trek or the Mongols. The population was enslaved presumably eons prior to Zeo.
Tritor was a prisoner of the Machine Empire who escaped with Bulk & Skull to fight the cogs and destroy both the brainwashing machine that manipulated Tommy into becoming a puppet for Prince Gasket and the force field generator that kept anyone from escaping and the Power Rangers from morphing. After that, Tritor dropped Bulk & Skull back on Earth and went back to a now-freed Horath to spread their story and their unusual 'Slapstick' fighting style.
