Yoshitada Otsuka (大塚 芳忠 Ōtsuka Yoshitada), also known by his stage name Hochu Otsuka (大塚 芳忠 Ōtsuka Hōchū), is a Japanese voice actor, affiliated with the talent management firm Crazy Box. He is the official Japanese dub-over artist for: Gary Oldman and Jean-Claude Van Damme.
He is best known for his roles as the voices of Jiraiya in Naruto, Ziggy in Edens Zero and Yazan Gable in Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam.
He voiced Signalman in Gekisou Sentai Carranger and Moffun[2] in Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger and Together with Moffun. He reprised the former role in Gokaiger Goseiger Super Sentai 199 Hero Great Battle. He is also known for voicing Deneb
in Kamen Rider Den-O.
