Hilbil Leech (ヒルビル・リッチ Hirubiru Ricchi, 27-44) was the Leech-themed manipulation specialist of the Uchu Five Jesters.

Death[]
Once Dagded successfully revived inside of Minongan body, he goes insane and started punishing the remaining Jesters for their incompetence, since Dagded had died once. Dagded then ordered them to kill all the people on Chikyu, so that the planet itself can be put inside of his collection.
Hilbil ended up brainwashing everyone on Shugodom, including the King-Ohgers (although Gira is Naturally Immune to her brainwashing and Kaguragi is proven to be as deceitful as ever) to battle each other to reach 'The Top'. The country soon falls into Anarchy, while all the King-Ohgers except Gira become busy in battling each other for the leadership of the Sentai team. In the end, Yanma Gast ended up winning due to him already unlocking the power of Nkosopa's King Proof.
As an enraged Gira battles Hilbil, Kaguragi showed up and quickly attacks Hilbil as well. Kaguragi then prompted Gira to save Yanma. Hilbil ended up using her own power of self-persuasion on herself to becoming enlarged, declaring that everyone has to perish for her pleasure.
As Gira and a now conscious Yanma summon Ohsama Gattai King-Ohger, Hilbil attacked them out of annoyance. However, thanks to Gira and Yanma unlocking their own King Proof, all of Hilbil's attack are successfully deflected. Hilbil turned into Liquid state in order to crush the robo, only for Yanma to redirect lightning to the Robo, paralyzing Hilbil as she reverts back to normal. Ultimately, with a swing of the Shugod Sword, imbued with massive amount of electricity, Hilbil is finally destroyed. TV STORY-Ep. 44: Proof of the Kings! The True Alliance of the Six Kingdoms
Personality[]
Hilbil is a mischievous and sadistic individual with no qualms of manipulating other people to do her bidding. She also showed a temperamental side whenever her plans fail.
Powers and Abilities[]
Powers[]
- Persuasion: Hilbil can control people with the power of her voice, compelling them to act what she tells them to do, such as compelling the King-Ohgers' aides to attack them. To do this, Hilbil must said her command on the person ear personally or using other media such as headphones. This ability will remain until the said command is done or Hilbil herself undo her persuasion technique, with the victims had no memory recollection whatsoever during the effect period.
- After Dagded Dujardin enhanced her persuasion power, Hilbil can now control people simultaneously without needing to speak. If necessary, she could also use Persuasion on herself, turning her into gigantic size.
- Amorphous Physiology: Hilbil's body is similar to a flexible substance, granting her different abilities.
- Elasticity: Hilbil can stretch, expand and contract her entire body or limbs at will to ensnare her opponents.
- Energy Rebound: Due to her malleable body, Hilbil can absorb and reflect any form of energy-based attacks back at her opponents.
- Matter Transmutation: Hilbil can transform her body into a liquid-based substance at will.
- Energy Attacks: Hilbil can channel pink energy through her legs to unleash energy kicks.
- High Beam (ハイビーム Hai Bīmu): A technique where Hilbil charges energy in her body and channels a pink iridescent beam powerful enough to pierce through buildings and cancel a King-Ohger's transformation.
- Shockwave: Hilbil can also generate energy-based shockwaves from her body at will.
- Teleportation: Hilbil is able to teleport from one place to another at will.
- Enlarging: Hilbil is able to enlarge herself without the need of consuming Shugod Souls.
Abilities[]
- Hand-to-hand Combat: Hilbil possesses a vast knowledge in combat, allowing her to fight well against the King-Ohgers.
Weaknesses[]
- Persuasion Failure : To combat Hilbil's persuasive technique, one must have immense willpower to defy her command or prior knowledge of persuasion. As shown with Shiokara and Kaguragi, Shiokara defied Hilbil's order using the former method, but doing so would harm his body to the point of death. Kaguragi had no negative repercussions using the latter method due to his naturally deceptive nature. Another way to prevent brainwashing is to block one's ears. The only person who is naturally Immune to Hilbil brainwashing is Gira Husty, due to his biology as Dagded's own creation.
- Electricity-Based Attacks: Hilbil only natural vulnerability is electricity, doubly so when she transformed her body into liquid-like state. Receiving huge amount of electricity will effectively paralyze her body and solidified it at the same time, leaving her wide open and vulnerable.
