Heian-kyo Basra (ヘイアンキョウバスラ Heian-kyō Basura) was a Heian-kyo-themed Basra Type Jamen Beast of the Dark Empire Yodonheim. It was released by the invasion gate and created from the dark energy gathered by the Hyakunin Isshu Jamen.
History[]
Although the Kiramagers were able to kill the [[[Hyakunin Isshu Jamen]] with the Kiramai Rush Stream, the dark energy that he gathered was enough for Carantula to unleash a Jamen Beast. He chose a Basra type and sent it to Earth to steal human resolve. When the Heian-kyo Basra emerged, karuta cards started to rain from the sky and the Kiramagers were shocked by it having a grid like appearance but nonetheless summoned Kiramaizin. It started to lay a beat-down on Heian-kyo Basra with the Jetter Sword but, under order from Carantula, Heian-kyo Basra trapped Kiramaizin in a sphere of darkness which then blasted the Giant Robo with lightning. Smog Jouki then arrived to help and changed into dinosaur mode only to spot Makino trying to flee in her car so tied it up and affixed it to the Jamen Beast's face to try and prevent the Kiramagers from attacking in fear of hurting thier friend. However, Juru summoned Mashin Express which Sena took control of this time and used it's purifying light to hijack Smog Jouki again to form King Express. It used it's impressive speed to lunge at the Heian-kyo Basra and safely grabbed the card from it's face and rescued it and unleashing a massive beat-down before hitting it with dozens of energy slashes, tying it up with energy rails, and finishing the Jamen Beast off with it's Express Burn Blaster. All the Heian-kyo Basra could do was belch and fall on it's face before exploding.
Personality[]
As with all Jamen Beasts, Heian-Kyo Basra was a very unintelligent and feral monster who spoke only in roars and growls but was extremely violent.

- Karuta Card Rain: The Heian-kyo Basra was able to make it start raining karuta cards when it emerged although it didn't actually do anything.
- Singing Cuckoos Heian-kyo Attack: The Heian-kyo Basra's signature move where it could fire a blue energy net in the shape of the grid on it's face to surround it's enemies which would summon an energy grid around them which prevented movement.
- Lightning Strike: The Heian-kyo Basra's field of darkness could also blast it's opponents with red-purple lightning.
- Magnetic Face: The Heian-kyo Basra apparently had a magnetic face since the Smog Jouki was able to attach Makino's car to it and for it to remain there.
