Troll (トロル Tororu) is a reoccurring Hades Beast and the first Troll served as the first monster in Mahou Sentai Magiranger.
History[]
The first Troll was a Hades Beast the size of a two-story building, playing a part in the Ozu Siblings learning the truth of their family as their mother froze the beast with her powers and shattered him.
Another Troll appears later on (with Troll II being differentiated from Troll I by wearing a much more completed and darker outfit) and was killed by the Magirangers with the Five Fantastic Kick. However, Troll II was later revived with the stolen Magiking power Wolzard gave it prior to the fight, using the power to become the Stone Troll (ストーントロル Sutōn Tororu), with powers similar to Magiking itself. It was just about to finish the Majin off with its own Magical Climax when Kai arrived on Varikion and distracted the monster. He was finally killed by Firekaiser and the powers of Magiking were returned to the Magirangers.
When Nai & Mea were reading from the Book of Prophecy, Troll was listed as "Troll the Strong Arm" and the Stone Troll was listed as "Stone Troll, Strong as Stone".

- Club: Stone Troll wields a club in combat.
- Boulder Blast: Stone Troll can fire a barrage of Boulders at his enemies in a manner similar to Magiking's Phantom Illusion Attack.
- Strike Attack: Stone Troll performed an attack in a manner similar to Magiking's Magical Slash Attack, but was unable to finish executing it due to being interrupted by an attacked from MagiPhoenix riding Varikion.

- Both Trolls and Stone Troll are voiced by Katsumi Shiono in vocal effects.

- As the name implies, Troll's design is based on a troll. The second form of the second Troll is based on a rock troll.
