The Heavenly Cellphone GripPhone (天空ケータイグリップフォン Tenkū Kētai Gurippufon) is the transformation device used by MagiShine in Mahou Sentai Magiranger. It operates by punching a hole in a Magi Ticket, instead of pressing the number buttons like on the MagiPhone. After inserting a Magi Ticket, he casts the spell "Heavenly Transformation!" (天空変身 Tenkū Henshin), Goolu Golu Goludiiro!.
History[]
Gokaiger[]
At the climax of the Legend War, the GripPhone was made redundant when MagiShine sacrificed his powers with the rest of the first 34 Super Sentai to destroy the invasion force of the Space Empire Zangyack. Resurfacing a Ranger Key, the power of MagiShine would be used by the Gokaigers to assume the form via the Gokai Change. Ultimately, the Gokaigers returned their borrowed powers to their rightful owners after overthrowing Zangyack.
Magi Tickets[]
The Magi Tickets (マージチケット Māji Chiketto) are the various tickets that MagiShine can use to access various spells and abilities.
Gold GripPhone[]
The Gold GripPhone (ゴールドグリップフォン Gōrudo Gurippufon) is Goddess of the Mini-Spring's golden version of the GripPhone that allows the user to make any ideal thing a reality. Kai Ozu dishonestly chose it and use it to become KaiShine, brandished the KingCalibur and trapping Hikaru in the MagiLamp with a mini-Destruction Fire. However, after Kai accidentally turned himself into a copy of Hades Beast Spider when he started thinking of a spider while thinking of becoming the perfect date for Yuka Yamazaki, the Phone closed itself off to Kai due to his abusive actions with it. Goolu Golu Gou Gou is the Gold GripPhone's primary spell.
Notes[]
- The Gold GripPhone was never adapted into Power Rangers Mystic Force, and as such Nick (Kai's counterpart) never used it in the show.
