Grim Reapers (闇の亡者 Yami no Mōja, GoGo-V vs. Gingaman): Darkness King Gill's henchmen from Hell. They are extremely resilient, able to pick themselves up after being knocked down from attacks. Only Earth Power seems to be their true weakness, as they are completely vaporized when struck by it.

- Nigh-invulnerability: The Grim Reapers are invulnerable to most damage and even if struck down they will get back up right after without issue and resume fighting.
Weaknesses[]
- Earth Power: The Gingamen's Earth Power is their key weakness as it completely vaporizes them. It is also the only force capable of doing so in the first place.
