The Green Mutant Ranger was the Green Ranger of the Comander Crayfish's Mutant Rangers and Tommy Oliver's evil counterpart. His weapon is the Sword of Darkness that Tommy used to have when he was under Rita's spell. He serves as one of five secondary antagonists of the episode "Mighty Morphin' Mutants".
Biography
The Green Mutant Ranger was at first one of the Putties. But then he was chosen by Rita to become Green Ranger of Five Mutant Rangers. He joined the team, led by Commander Crayfish. Together they fought the Power Rangers, but were defeated by tenacity and courage of the heroes. Later Rita enlarged them, but after long battle, they were all destroyed by Ultrazord's Laser Blasts.
Personality
Green Mutant Ranger was shown to be boastful and arrogant. He talks with voice of Tommy, but lacks his noble and heroic personality.

- Green Mutant Ranger was voiced by Jason David Frank, who also played Tommy, the real Green Ranger.
Notes
- Green Mutant Ranger along with Commander Crayfish, Blue Mutant Ranger & Black Mutant Ranger are the last monsters to be destroyed by the Dino Ultrazord.
- Green Mutant Ranger was one of the only two Mutant Rangers shown fighting in American-made footage, alongside the Pink Mutant Ranger.
- Like all Mutant Rangers, Green Mutant Ranger lacks a sidearm, in his case lacking a Dragon Dagger or holster.
