The Green Monster is a green spider-like criminal and is one of the monsters that Mora draws for Gruumm to attack Earth in the year 2004. The Green Monster, along with the Spotty-Eyed Monster and the Vine Monster is part of an invasion led by Zeltrax against the combined Dino Thunder and S.P.D. Power Rangers.
History[]
He was created by Mora and sent to aid Gruumm in his conquest of Earth in 2004.
Three monsters were led by Zeltrax in battle. This monster fought the Dino Rangers and S.P.D. Rangers. Ethan, Bridge and Sky attacked him, but only the latter two destroyed him for good.

He was cold, ruthless and will not stop to destroy the Rangers. But he is also loyal to Gruumm, Zeltrax and Mora.

- Although the Green Monster was derived from Dekaranger, no Sentai footage was used of him.
- This was because he was never actually defeated (the last the audience sees of him is him tackling Tetsu) and he spent a lot of time around Sam’s unmorphed counterpart.
