The Ultimate Battle Machine Great Warz (決戦機グレートワルズ Kessenki Gurēto Waruzu) is the most powerful war mecha of the Space Empire Zangyack, built as a gift in the likeness of Commander Warz Gill.

After numerous failures to seize Earth due to the interference of the Gokaigers, Emperor Ackdos Gill had two of his Dogormin bodyguards deliver Great Warz to the Gigant Horse in order to eliminate the pirates and get the invasion back on track. Upon receiving the machine, Warz Gill, desperate to prove his competence, decided to personally pilot it against the Gokaigers, much to the shock of Damaras, who desperately attempted to convince the prince otherwise. After ordering Barizorg to draw them out, Warz appeared in Great Warz and engaged GokaiOh, GoZyuJin, and Machalcon; easily blasting Machachon back to the Machine World and defeating even GoZyu GokaiOh with ease with it's Warz Guilty attack which also seemingly killed Captain Marvellous. Thinking himself victorious, Warz Gill retreated back to the Gigant Horse.

However, the Gokaigers recovered and destroyed Barizorg which made Warz Gill so angry that he went insane and went to murder the Gokaigers. Even Damaras was unable to stop him, being thrown to the ground at which point he entered Great Warz and went back to Earth. He continued to deliver a beatdown but, after finding their own Greater Power, the Gokaigers formed Kanzen GokaiOh. Great Warz was no match for the Gokaigers' most powerful Giant Robo and Great Warz was destroyed by the Gokai Kanzen Burst which, in the process, killed Warz as well. - Strength: Single slashes from Great Warz stunned and shook up the GoZyu GokaiOh and it was strong enough to easily break through Magi Dragon's Gokai MagiBind.
- Durability: Great Warz took multiple missiles from Kanzen GokaiOh as well as its Drill Strike and was only shaken up.
- Agility: Great Warz was extremely fast, dodging around as a blue energy streak fast enough to avoid Malcon's lasers.
- Warz Guilty: Great Warz's stronger attack where it charged blue energy with orange-yellow specks inside of it into its chest and then fired a devastating blue laser from the center. This was strong enough to decimate GoZyu GokaiOh, seeming to kill Marvelous in the process, take out Furaimaru during its Certain Kill Secret Technique: Turbulence Cherry Blossoms, and send Engine Machalcon back to Engine World.

- Arm Blades: Mounted on Great Warz's arms are large blue and white blades with the left one doubling as a bow.
- Warz Arrows: Great Warz could fire large red and black energy arrows from its bow.
