Great Headwind World (ダイムカイカゼワルド Dai Mukaikaze Warudo, 43) is a headwind-themed Great World from the Kikaitopia Dynasty Tojitendo who was created from the Mukaikaze Tojiru Gear that contained Mukaikazetopia.
History[]
After the destruction of Headwind World, the Great Headwind World is created and made the area very windy and puts windy objects. The Zenkaiger tries to bring out ZenkaiOh JuraGaon and VrooMagine, but failed due to the wind, so Juran, Gaon, Magine and Vroon began to battle against Great Headwind World.
During the fight, the Juran, Gaon, Magine and Vroon used the same backward tactics, but he counters that by using this ability to create different kinds of wind as it began to blow the four all around and even trapping them in a tornado. Thankfully, though the World Pirates formed the TwokaiOh Ricky in space as it opens fire at the Great Headwind World managing to destroy both the weather vane and his Against Striker rendering his mastery over the wind.
After that he was then destroyed by the Chouriki Burst, thus freeing the Mukaikazetopia from the Tojiru Gear.

By using the Mukaikaze Tojiru Gear, it changes into Great Headwind World (ダイムカイカゼワルド Dai Mukaikaze Warudo).

- World Creation: Upon the creation of a Great World, Great Headwind World can alter the surrounding area to reflect the parallel world sealed within the Tojiru Gear.
- Kazami Revolution (風見レボリューション Kazami Reboryūshon): By using his wind vane, Great Headwind World can create different kinds of wind.
Abilities[]
- Wind Direction Control: Great Headwind World could change the wind direction by rotating the weather vane on his head, allowing him to manipulate tailwinds, sidewinds, and whirlwinds in addition to headwinds.
- Storm Creation: Great Headwind World can create a storm from his Against Striker.
Weaknesses[]
- Damaged Against Striker: When his Against Striker is damaged, he is unable to create a storm.
- Damaged Wind Vane: When his wind vane is damaged, he is unable to use the Kazami Revolution.
- Vacuums: Great Headwind World was only able to manipulate wind within the planet's atmosphere, and as such was vulnerable to a shot from TwokaiOh Ricky from outer space.

- Like his counterpart, Great Headwind World is voiced by Nobuyuki Hiyama (檜山修之 Hiyama Nobuyuki), who had previously voiced various Super Sentai monsters (among them being Boss Kamikaze in Gosei Sentai Dairanger, Bomber the Great in Choriki Sentai Ohranger, and Gun Boss Sambash in Seiju Sentai Gingaman). He would later voice Steamliner
in Kamen Rider Gotchard.
