Grayzky is Noizoon's lieutenant and second-in-command of the Eleki Clan Zontark who assumes the human alias of Torao Kurei (暮井 虎夫 Kurei Torao). As observed by Renn Kousaka, he bears a resemblence to the late Cleaning Minister Kireizky of Gaiark.

Grayzky's weapon of choice is a large shotgun, which he wields in both machine and human form. In addition, he also carries a rocket launcher.

Portrayal
Torao Kurei is portrayed by Yu Kamio (神尾 佑 Kamio Yū), best known for his roles of Kiyoto Maki
from Kamen Rider OOO and Yugo Tachibana from Kamen Rider Amazons. As Grayzky, he is portrayed by suit actor Keizo Yabe (矢部 敬三 Yabe Keizō).
Notes
- The way he uses his sunglasses to transform into his true form is homage to Ultraseven
and his son Ultraman Zero, through their human identities, or in Zero's case a human host.
