Commander Gonpachi Edogawa (江戸川 権八 Edogawa Gonpachi) is the commander in chief of the Japan "Block" of EAGLE, the only person who can take direct command of the Gorenger team. He was assisted and commanded a trio of secret agents such as 007, 008 and 009. When operating in the public, Commander Edogawa Gonpachi disguises himself as the cook at Snack Shop "Gon", which was the secret entrance to the Gorenger headquarters. The shop later became the "Fruit Parlor". He is in episodes 1-61 and 72-84.
Akibaranger[]
Edogawa is mentioned in the first episode of Hikonin Sentai Akibaranger. Nobuo Akagi says to Hiroyo Hakase that they should call her "Manager" when they are at the Sentai Cafe, "like, 'When you're here, call me Commander Edogawa!"
