Global Special Police Organization (国際特別警察機構 Kokusai Tokubetsu Keisatsu Kikō), abbreviated as GSPO, is a police agency spanning the Earth. They had somehow acquired a trio of VS Changers, part of the Lupin Collection, which they deliver to the Japanese branch to establish the Patrangers, a tactical unit formed to counter the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler as well as the Lupinranger thieves.
