Uchu King Gira (宇蟲王ギラ Uchū Ō Gira) is the central antagonist of Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger vs. Kyoryuger.[1] His existence came as a result of Utsusemimaru unintentionally altering the timeline, allowing him to transform into Evil King (イーヴィルキング Īviru Kingu).[2]
After separating from the Evil King and regaining his memories as the heroic Gira Husty (ギラ・ハスティー Gira Hasutī), he transforms into King Kuwagata Ohger (キングクワガタオージャー Kingu Kuwagata Ōjā).
History[]
This version of Gira is created after Utsusemimaru unknowingly fed a young Gira an enormous amount of Shugod Souls in the form of Rainbow Jururira. As a result, Gira ended up killing Dagded Dujardin and become the new leader of the Uchu.
Personality[]
Unlike his main counterpart who took the 'Evil King' as a mere persona, this version of Gira actually become truly evil as his namesake implies.

King Kuwagata Ohger (キングクワガタオージャー KinguKuwagataŌjā) is Kuwagata Ohger's upgraded form, accessed by equipping the OhgerCrown onto his head.

Kuwagata Ohger Carnival (クワガタオージャーカーニバル Kuwagata Ōja Kānibaru)[3] is a special upgrade form of Kuwagata Ohger. It is accessed through the usage of the Gaburimix Shooter. Kuwagata Ohger Carnival is armed with two Gabutyra Fangs, which allows him to deliver powerful punches, and also he can summon the Kentrospiker as a spear.

- Zyuden Brave Finish (ジューデンブレイブフィニッシュ Jūden Bureibu Finisshu): Kuwagata Ohger Carnival holds up the Kentrospiker before throwing it at his opponent, causing it to spin like a drill before it pierces through his opponent and flies back to him.

- Uchu King Gira is portrayed by Taisei Sakai (酒井 大成 Sakai Taisei), who also portrayed his original timeline self in the series.
As Evil King, his suit actor is Yasuhiko Imai (今井 康彦 Imai Yasuhiko), who previously portrayed Ohkuwagata Ohger and the monster form of Reiniol Husty. As King Kuwagata Ohger, his suit actor is Shigeki Ito (伊藤 茂騎 Itō Shigeki).

Etymology[]
- Gira's name comes from the giraffe stag beetle (ギラファノコギリクワガタ Girafa nokogiri kuwagata) and its scientific name Prosopocoilus giraffa.
- As Uchu King Gira, his name comes from Uchu King Dagded Dujardin.
