The Ghost Galleon

The Ghost Galleon is a phantom pirate ship featured in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie. According to Zordon, when the power of the Rangers' Turbo Keys and the ship merge together, it renders the ship and the Turbozords undetectable by Divatox.

This vessel was used to chase Divatox's Subcraft to Muiranthias. Divatox twice tried to scuttle the Galleon, the first time with Putra Pods and the second by sinking it with torpedoes (though the Rangers escaped in time with their Turbozords).

Behind the Scenes

• The Ghost Galleon was played by the Pilgrim. It was constructed in 1945 as a replica of the early 19th century ship of the same name. It also appeared in the 1997 film Amistad as its namesake. Based in Dana Point, California, it was demolished after sinking in early 2020.
