This article is about a changer in Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger |
- "Ankoku Change!"
- ―Transformation call
The Geartozinger (ギアトジンガー Giatojingā) is the dark counterpart of the Transformation Gun Geartlinger and the main transformation device and sidearm of Stacaesar. Modeled after a hand cranked Gatling gun, the Geartozinger is able to fire either semiauto blasts or full auto by cranking the handle.
History[]
To prevent the Zenkaigers from liberating the worlds within the Tojiru Gears, Izirude began developing the Geartozinger to counteract the Zenkaigers’ Geartlinger, allowing the Tojitendo Dynasty to use the powers of the past Super Sentai teams for diabolical purposes. The device was eventually given to Stacy, who would become a fierce adversary of the team.
After being imprisoned for betraying the Dynasty for his part in helping to destroy HakaijuOh. Stacy would be imprisoned by the Dynasty with his Geartozinger confiscated by Izirude to ensure he wouldn’t escape. A mysterious entity would then possess Stacy and help him escape his cell, retrieving his Geartozinger before leaving Kikaitopia.
Eventually, after Stacy had been freed from God's influence, and decided to join the Zenkaigers, he would use his Geartozinger to assist Zocks in a battle against his father Barashitara and ultimately defeat him in battle.

To transform into Stacaesar, Stacy inserts the Stacaesar Gear into the Geartozinger, and afterwards puts the barrel to his forearm and pulls the trigger, akin to a medical injection.
After Stacy defects from the Tojitendo, the Geartozinger instead fires a gear construct that forms his suit, much like the Zenkaigers' Geartlinger and Twokaizer's Geardalinger.

To summon a past Sentai team, Stacaesar inserts his Dark Sentai Gear of choice before cranking the handle and pulling the trigger. By flipping the Gears to the Kikai Side, Stacaesar instead summons the team's giant robos. However, Izirude revealed that if one uses too many Dark Gears at once in conjunction with the Geartozinger, it will run out of energy, causing all of its summons to dissipate. TV STORY-No. 8-kai! Dark Sentai Gear Clones[]
Initially, the Geartozinger has the ability to summon either a copy of a full team of Sentai rangers or a Sentai team's giant robot depending on which side of a Dark Sentai Gear that Stacey uses as part of the summoning process. Then, after Stacy was given the ability to transform into Stacaesar Kyoka, the Geartozinger had gained the ability to summon a copy of a Sentai red ranger in his powered-up form.

Notes[]
- The "tozi" part on the name comes from Tojitendo.
- While the Geartlinger is based on Secchan, the Geartozinger is based on Gege.
- When Staceasar uses the Geartozinger to summon past Sentai mecha, each of them appear from a grayshaded-tablet image of their respective real-life DX toy boxes.
- Unlike its heroic counterpart, the barrel does not rotate while cranking the handle. The DX release for the toy has a rotating barrel,[1][2] while the Memorial Version stays true to its television appearance.
- When scanning the Twokaizer Gear, the Geartozinger announces "Kaizoku-Bang". While the word can be based on the (number)-bang suffix of Sentai Gears, it is also a reference to the Japanese word "Kaizokuban" (海賊版 "piracy"), in reference to Twokaizer itself being a pirated version of the Gokaigers.
