Flame Saima Beast Hellgerus (火炎サイマ獣ヘルゲロス Kaen Saimajū Herugerosu, 11-12) is a three-headed dragon-themed Saima Beast
History[]
A three-headed dragon-themed Saima Beast summoned by Infant Demon Drop and created by Spell-Master Pierre. Hellgerus is sent forth to use his fire to reactivate a dormant volcano, forcing it to cause an eruption that will both kill and destroy Tokyo while creating new Minus Energy for the Saima matriarch, Grand Witch Grandiene. When the tremors associated with potential volcanic activity emerge, Matsuri is sent to a seismic center to help investigate but this plan is nearly derailed due to a criminal taking the bus hostage but ultimately redeemed after he is saved due to nearly being thrown off the bus. GoGoFive reach the volcano and face Hellgerus, with Matoi using the Build Discharger to put out Hellgerus' flames before finish him with the Life Bird Breaker Mode and then with Victory Robo after Hellgerus is revived. 
TV STORY-Ep. 11: The Two Red-Hot Psyma Beasts
Grandiene's revival of Magma Golem immediately leads to Hellgerus reviving once again, this time empowered by the witch's magic into Golem Hellgerus. Combined with Magma Golem, Hellgerus crushes Victory Robo and reactivates the volcano and thus causing eruptions that strike the local vicinity. When the GoGoFive return to try and use Victory Robo once again, both Hellgerus and Magma Golem attack until the heroes withdraw in order to use the GoLiners instead to fuse into the powerful Grand Liner. Using the Liner Homing and Liner Gatling weapons, GoGoFive easily crush Golem Hellgerus as the attack rips his body apart. TV STORY-Ep. 12: The Do-or-Die Spirit of the New Coupling Fusion

- Tri Fire Breath: Being a dragon-type monster, Hellgerus could release powerful flames from his three dragon mouths.
Abilities[]
- Strength: Hellgerus was one of the strongest Psyma Beasts who easily overwhelmed the GoGoFive.
- Durability: Trifire took multiple multiple shots from the Five Lasers but was completely unfazed.
Weaknesses[]
- Extinquished Flames-Hellgerus was completely reliant upon his fire breath for combat. If extinquished, Hellgerus would be helpless.
Arsenal[]
- Claws: Though lacking weapons, Hellgerus had large clawed hands for combat.
- Jaws: All three of Hellgerus' heads had large jaws to chomp on his enemies.

- Tri-Lightning Breath: A stronger version of his fire breath, Hellgerus could fire lightning beams from his three dragon mouths. The right head fired a green lightning beam, the left head fired a blue lightning beam, and the middle head fired a red lightning beam. When combined with Magma Golem's fireballs, this instantly defeated Victory Robo and sent it into a pit.

- Strength: Being powered up by Grandiene, Hellgerus was much stronger than the original.
- Armor: Unlike the original, Hellgerus had super strong armor that lets him withstand more attacks.
