Final Kai! White Counterattack! Zenkaigers' Complete Recovery!! (最終カイ！白い逆襲！ゼンカイジャー全快！！ Saishū-kai! Shiroi Gyakushū! Zenkaijā Zenkai!!) is the second and final episode of Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger Spin-Off: Zenkai Red Great Introduction.

The special picks up where it last ended, where Vroon and Juran are still wondering if Magine has became human. Magine has lost her fortune-telling powers however, and has since resorted to binge eating. Meanwhile in Tojitendo, the main villains discuss what to do next as the Zenkaigers start splintering. In a spectacular moment of violation, Normal Warumono World proclaims that because of his motif, he will purposely lose to Zenkai Red's Zenkaigers rather than being defeated and humiliated by Zenkaiser. Barashitara mocks him for his "loser talk", but Izirude reaffirms Normal Warumono's strengths and reveals a piece of Zenkai Red's origin: "[he] was born from a loser's delusions," Izirude said.
Secchan receives a scroll from Normal Warumono directed to the remaining Zenkaigers. In it, the World invites them to a duel sceduled at midday to a location named "Hell Valley". Kaito tells the others to attend in his place, as he has made up his mind to find Gaon. When Kaito catches up with Gaon and Zenkai Red (the former being declined be Red to turn back into a Kikainoid, despite going against Gaon's beliefs in protecting humans), Red states that Gaon is in his team, but the latter reveals that he left a (literal) breadcrumb trail for Kaito to find him, despite Kaito not noticing. Kaito then invites Zenkai Red to Normal Warumono's duel, to which he accepts.
Back with the Zenkaigers, the remaining Kikainoid Juran (Vroon became human) and the others... No, Juran is also now human, with a Mushtache! The now-all human Zenkaigers (with Zenkai Red) meet up with each other and Normal Warumono. The team attempt to transform to no avail and Zenkai Red's Geartlinger and Gear disappears. Juran deduces that the Kikainoid's transformation was due to Normal Warumono, who then confirms that in actual, he wants to defeat a Super Sentai, like most other villains have tried to do so in the past. The Zenkaigers and Red fight Kudakks untransformed, but Red asks why they still believe in themselves. Gaon repeats that the Zenkaiger wishes to protect humanity.
In a flashback, it is then revealed that Zenkai Red was given his Gear and Geartlinger by Normal Warumono and lied of his goals. Despite this deception, Kaito tells Red not to give up as he still believes in defending humanity. As Red was about to shake Kaito's hand, his Gear and Geartlinger reappears and both Zenkai Red and Zenkaiser transform. They both use the Lupinranger and Patranger gears (both numbers 42) and effortlessly wipes out Normal Warumono, which restores the remaining Zenkaigers back into Kikainoids. Ironically for a villain whose based off past villains who never grew big, Normal Warumono becomes big, fueled by his predecessor Super Warumono World's bitterness. Zenkaiser summons ZenkaiOh JuraGaon and eagerly defeats Giant Normal Warumono again with him and Zenkai Red in their cockpit, while Magine and Vroon defeat the remaining Kudakks.
In the aftermath, Zenkai Red wonders why his Geartling and Gear didn't disappear this time. Kaito comments that it is because of Zenkai Red's heart. Zenkai Red is convinced that they are truly the real Zenkaigers, and prepares to make his leave. Kaito asks what is his real name, and Zenkai Red relies that only he will reveal that once he comes back "to recontest for the leadership". This leads back to Kaito's original question regarding Zenkaiser being the leader, but not a Red Ranger.
In a vision, Sentai legends Ninja White, Big One, and ShiShi Red Orion (them being white-colored), with red-colored Battle Japan, Red Falcon, Bouken Red, and Patren 1gou, reassures that regardless of appearance, form, or gender, anybody can be a leader as long as they got the heart. Kaito wakes up, and ponders if they, the Zenkaigers, were the first Sentai to have a white-colored leader, due to Zenkai Red. The Kikainoids were confused about Zenkai Red, asking if he's a new Zenkaiger. Kaito unfortunately concludes that the recent events (of the Zenkai Red special, nonetheless) must have all been a big dream. Before they sit down to eat, Juran comments that no matter what color Zenkaiser is, Kaito will always be the leader of the Zenkaigers. The special fades off as the Zenkaigers goof around during lunch.

Elements/Homages to Super Sentai[]
- The miniseries talks about how Zenkaizer is not a Red Ranger. They refer to NinjaWhite and Big One, who were leaders but not Red Rangers.
- Besides Shishi Red Orion who is a Red Ranger with a white-colored power-up form, the other four Sentai Reds (Battle Japan, Red Falcon, Bouken Red and Patren 1gou) whom Kaito meets at the end of his dream also prominently feature white as a secondary base color on their suits besides red.
