This article is about an episode in Denji Sentai Megaranger. |
Seize it! Our Diplomas (つかむぜ! 俺たちの卒業証書 Tsukamu ze! Oretachi no Sotsugyōshōsho) is the fifty-first and final episode of Denji Sentai Megaranger. This is the final episode of Megaranger's three-episode endgame.
Synopsis[]
As Dr. Hinelar launches a final assault on Earth, the Megarangers must stand up against Kubota's rival to face down their criticisms and finally complete their jobs as high school students.
Plot[]
Shibolena’s destruction pushed Dr. Hinelar over the edge, and he assumed a powerful monster form. As angry citizens surrounded the laid out Galaxy Mega in the city, Hinelar attacked. The Megaranger and Professor Kubota confronted this new enemy, who was unfazed by the Multi Attack Rifle and Drill Sniper Custom. However, Hinelar couldn’t retain the monster form and he returned to his normal state. The device that kept Hinelar’s body from warping, a side effect of living in the Nejirejia’s dimension as a human, was corrupted and he wasn’t long for this world.
The Death Nejiros fortress changed into a robot called Grand Nejiros. Yuusaku used Mega Winger to free the Voyager Machines from the debris brought down by Burning Yugande. Mega Voyager was then summoned to Earth to fight Dr. Hinelar’s mecha.
While the Megaranger fought Grand Nejiros, Hinelar revealed that Shibolena was modeled after his dead daughter Shizuka. He wanted to prove that the Nejirejia’s world existed, even at the cost of his own freedom.
When Mega Voyager’s Voyager Spartan failed, Grand Nejiros blasted its opponent’s left arm off. The shock was enough to undo the Megarangers’ transformations. Suddenly, Ooiwa and the students at Moroboshi High School caught the heroes’ attention. They held up signs, encouraging the Megaranger. After the Megaranger with renewed valor managed to steal Grand Nejiros' weapon and critically damaged it, Dr. Hinelar sets Grand Nejiros to self-destruct to eliminate the Megarangers and their school. Kenta and his teammates decide to initiate a risky maneuver to save the school. Mega Voyager grabbed Grand Nejiros, and it carried it off into the sky.
In mid-air, Grand Nejiros blew up to take out the Mega Voyager. The Moroboshi students and Ooiwa watched in disbelief, eventually concluding that the Megaranger died in the explosion.
During a memorial for Kenta and the gang, the Megaranger flew in on their Cyber Sliders. Once they removed their helmets, the Megaranger were given a standing ovation. Finally, the quintet accepted their diplomas with Professor Kubota and Yuusaku joining the festivities. .
