Zaggai (ザッガイ) is one of Zangyack's Action Commanders.
History[]
An anglerfish like Action Commander who shoots the Vibrational Destruction Beam (振壊ビーム Shinkai Bīmu) sent to retrieve a deadly metal called Puwazole (プワゾール Puwazōru) that fell to the Earth for the Space Empire Zangyack to use for their planetary conquest. With his new detector, he manages to find it on a human who kidnapped Ahim due to being in a tight spot. With the kidnapper not knowing he had the Puwazole, he and Ahim evade Zaggai, with Gokai Pink becoming Gosei Pink to escape for the time being. When he finds the two again, this time with some Gormin, the rest of the Gokaigers show up, believing Zaggai to be the kidnapper. He couldn't convince them it wasn't him since Ahim plays along, so he decides to annihilate them only or them to assume the form of the Gingaman to wear him down. Then he is taken down by the Gokai Blast Final Wave.
After being grown by Insarn, the Gokaigers defeat him by forming Deka GokaiOh and then Shinken GokaiOh for the Gokai Samurai Slash. The Puwazole he was assigned to collect is then dissolved by Doc throwing it into the water. 
TV STORY-Ep. 13: Tell Me the Way
It is revealed in his cameo in the next episode, that during his mission, Zaggai was reprimanded by Kyousuke Jinnai, the former Red Racer, for crossing the road on a red signal. Witnessed in a pre-recording through the Gigant Horse, Warz Gill storms off believing it to be useless information, but Insarn sees the recording, which causes her crush on Kyousuke that sets up the events of the episode. - Zaggai was originally an alien with a luminescent organ that could be used as a radar. Insarn enhanced him with a Puwazole detector and a vibrational destruction beam.
- He was in charge of "Operation Puwazole Recovery" (プワゾール回収作戦 Puwazōru Kaishū Sakusen).
