Pekka Zeppelin (ペッカー・ツエッペリン Pekkā Tsuepperin) is a woodpecker-themed Gangler Monster from the Interdimensional Crime Group Gangler, equipped with the "(The) Wise man/L'homme sage" piece from the Lupin Collection.
History[]
Pekka Zeppelin used the Lupin Collection's ability as he makes an invention for his latest scheme in order to impress Dogranio Yaboon and become his successor. However, the Patrangers arrived and battle him but however he used one of his ability to make Patren 2gou clumsy, and then retreats.
He later appeared at Seven Star Plaza disguised as a human as he gave Sakuya an Anger Energy Transfer Device that will quiet down the anger once put on but in truth, it absorbs the wearers anger thus transforming it into energy for a remote bomb that Pekka hid somewhere in the city.
Later, he had appeared at the same location handing out these device to the customers but his cover was exposed thanks to the Lupinrangers to reveal his disguise.
At a parking lot, he was battling the Lupinranger and once Lupin Red gives Pekka the slip Lupin Yellow gained access to Pekka's safe and got "(The) Wise man/L'homme sage" piece. However, Patren3gou managed to stop Lupinrangers, so that way Pekka could tell where he planted the remote bomb at, but he refused to spill the location. However, Patren3gou manage to trick Pekka to use his own ability against him, causing him to tell where the bomb is at Tsukiyo Tower. Once that, he was then taken out by the Lupinrangers and thus the slip up effect has been removed from Sakuya as he manage to knock the antenna off the bomb thus stopping the destruction of the city.
However, he was enlarged by Goche Ru Medou only to be destroyed by the Lupin Magnum.

- Human Disguise: Like every Ganglers, Pekka Zeppelin has the special ability to disguise himself as a human to hunt for treasures.
- Peck Attack: Pekka can fire the red spikes on the right side of his body that causes those hit to become clumsy as well as having them constantly blurt things out. The downside is that despite being the user of the ability, Pekka himself is not immune to its effects.
- Spike Projectiles: Pekka can also fire the white spikes on his left shoulder at his opponents.
- Trajectory: Using his singular eye, Pekka can plot the path of his projectiles to make them hit his targets.
- Increased Intelligence: Due to the "(The) Wise man/L'homme sage" piece equipped in his safe, Pekka is capable of increasing his intelligence.
- Swordmanship: Pekka is very skilled in both the normal and the reverse grip sword styles.

- KitsutsukiKen (キツツキケン Kitsutsukiken): A sword with a curved tip Pekka can use in combat.
- Anger Energy Transfer Device: A necklace-like device Pekka invented thanks to his Lupin Collection piece. It can absorb its wearer's anger, transform it into energy, and send it to a remote bomb.
- Remote Bomb: On a tower, he planted a bomb that will explode once a large amount of anger has been stored and the timer reaches 100%.
