Noel Mallonga is the original voice actor of Hideo Kageyama (Mike O'Hara) also known as Doctor Man and Monster (Vargo), as well as providing the narration in the Philippine English dub of Choudenshi Bioman. He later provided the narration from episodes 32 to 51 of Hikari Sentai Maskman. Mallonga was also the director of the Philippine English dub of the classic renowned anime series Voltes V which he provided the voice of Daijiro Go (Big Bert Armstrong), General Bergan (General Oslack) and the narration of the entire series. Mallonga later provides the narration in the Tagalog dub of Uchuu Keiji Shaider in 1992 until he was replaced by Francis Ibañez in the Tagalog redubbed version on 2005 in GMA Network.
