Fang was a gooney bird egg-obsessed monster created by Finster on Rita Repulsa's birthday. He serves as the main antagonist of the episode "The Yolk's on You!".

Biography

After Finster sends him to Earth to search for and destroy the Power Rangers, Fang catches Goldar, Baboo, and Squatt (who were waiting for him to help them attack the Rangers) eating his coveted gooney-bird eggs. Out of his mind, the famished monster viciously attacks his fellow henchmen, who then claim the Rangers have more eggs, urging Fang to attack them rigorously.

Still hungry after a lengthy battle, Fang comes across Rita, who promises him more gooney bird eggs if he can defeat the Rangers. Fang complies with this ultimatum, having been convinced earlier that the Rangers had more eggs. The Rangers try to reason with Fang by explaining to him that they have no eggs, but Fang refuses to listen. After Fang mercilessly clobbers the Megazord and the Dragonzord, and then the Dragonzord Battle Mode and Tyrannosaurus, the Rangers are left with no other choice but to destroy Fang with the Ultrazord.

Personality

Fang is portrayed as a gluttonous monster, but very short-tempered and apathetic when it comes to very rare gooney-bird eggs, as Goldar, Squatt, and Baboo found out when they ate the gooney-bird eggs he was saving for lunch.
