The Fairy Minosaur (フェアリーマイナソー Fearī Mainasō) is a fairy-themed Minosaur monster from the Warfare Tribe Druidon, created from the negative emotions of an unnamed man with the trumpet, based on his disappointment that he can't find the perfect place to practice playing his trumpet.

Powers and Abilities
- Dance Inducement: The Fairy Minosaur can constantly produce a music pulse from its body that force people who hear it to randomly start dancing and blindly enjoy themselves.
- Deflection: The Fairy Minosaur was able to knock back Ryusoul Red's attack with the KaruSoul.
- Optic Beams: The Fairy Minosaur can cast color-varied energy beams from its eyes.
- Levitation: The Fairy Minosaur can hover in the air and prevent its body from making contact with the ground.

- Body Encasement: If its main body is encased, the Fairy Minosaur will be unable to project its dance power, freeing those who were enchanted by it.

- This Minosaur is based on the Fairy, a type of mythical being or legendary creature in European folklore, a form of spirit, often described as metaphysical, supernatural, or preternatural.
- Ironically, the stereotypical fairy is as small as an insect.
- The Fairy Minosaur's design bears some resemblance to the Sabbat
in Kamen Rider Kiva
. - It is the first Minosaur to be destroyed by YokuRyuOh, and as it dwarfs said mecha more than the Minosaur Complete Body and Golem Minosaur, it is the largest Minosaur to date.
- Due to the large and unique design, the Fairy Minosaur is currently the only Minosaur who is rendered using CGI.
- This makes it similar to Yokai Fudagaeshi from Shuriken Sentai Ninninger, Sneak Brothers Elder from Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Hades Beast Specter from Mahou Sentai Magiranger, Lovelian Balance, Spiritian Byoi, and Kulernian Jellyfis from Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger, Gambler Velito's real body from Mirai Sentai Timeranger, Reckless-Driving Fire Engine from Gekisou Sentai Carranger, and the Heart of Dora Antaeus from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger because they are all Sentai Monsters who did not have a suit actor and moved because of either CGI or animatronic.
