Synopsis
As a Kiramager, they have just received their newest power up, and things are going well. However, as an athlete, Sena's track record is beginning to drop as she starts to fall into a slump. In order to help Sena train, the famous fitness center known as SCRTC joins up with her to monitor her training with her sponsored gear. SCRTC, which was formerly known to support the legendary heroes known as the Gekirangers, now joins up with CARAT that functions as similar support for the Kiramagers. Not just Sena, but the other Kiramagers are frequently supported by these kinds of reliable companies. Sena starts to train just when the voice of her gear suddenly changes and starts to speak out "If you stop running at a speed of at least 15 km/hour this gear will explode!" Not to mention, another Jamen Monster appears in the city, as everyone except Sena rushes towards it to confront the threat.

Notes
- As part of Super Hero Time, this episode aired alongside Kamen Rider Saber
episode 6, Chapter 6: Like the Wind, He Arrives.
- As part of the Kiramai Music Festival (キラメイ音楽祭 Kiramei Ongaku-sai), "Kiraful Miracle Kiramager" was replaced with "Winding Road", sung by Yume Shinjo, Sena's actress, in the ending credits.[1] Kenji Akabane also announces the sequences as Mashin Mach, who was the only core Mashin to appear.
- The title of the episode is a reference to the film Pinch Runner (ピンチランナー Pinchi Ran'nā), a 2000 Japanese movie produced by Dentsu in collaboration with other companies including Toei.
- The premise of this episode is an homage to the 1994 film Speed.
- This episode marks the first time that a character (or in this case, characters) from a Heisei-era Sentai series appears in a Reiwa-era Sentai series.
- This episode also marks the first time a character/s from one series appears in a non-anniversary series since Kyuranger's 18th episode "Emergency Dispatch! Space Hero!"
- Additionally, it's the first time since Timeranger where the returning character isn't a Sentai Ranger or a toku hero themself (guest character Reiji appearing in Timeranger's 36th episode after appearing in GoGo Five's 16th episode).
- Gekiranger head writer Michiko Yokote returns as a guest to write this episode. This is the first episode that Yokote has written for Sentai since episode 50 of Tensou Sentai Goseiger.
- Coincidentally, Mio Kudo (Sayo/Kiramai Pink) and Sotaro Yasuda Ken Hisatsu/Geki Chopper in Gekiranger, were co-stars in Kamen Rider Ghost
.
- The opening has been updated with Yodonna and the Go Kiramagers.
- The jersey Muryou is seen with in this episode resembles a San Francisco 49ers home jersey.
- Just before he starts attacking Glue Shellga, Mach's headlights flash red with flaming contrails and his bumper opens and closes like a toothed mouth. This is noticeably anime-like in terms of attacks out of anger.
- Aside from the guest appearances of Natsume and Miki Masaki, this episode features archive footage from Juken Sentai Gekiranger of episodes 7, 8, 32 and 42.
