- Pre-Credits Scene: Juru and Takamichi assume they should combine to form Kiramai Driller again, but Muryou says that's not happening.
- The title of the episode is a reference to the drama Abunai Deka (あぶない刑事 lit. "Dangerous Detectives"), often shortened to AbuDeka, a 1986-1987 Japanese television drama produced by Toei Company.
- When Sayo says "I don't make mistakes." (「でも
私 絶対 失敗 しないので。」 "De mo watashi zettai shippai shinai no de.") during her interview on TV, it is a reference to Doctor-X: Surgeon Michiko Daimon (or more commonly known as simply "Doctor X"), a Japanese drama series about a genius female doctor. The main character, Michiko Daimon, has "I never make mistakes" as her catchphrase, as she always successfully finished her operations. - Muryou is seen performing the "ungh" while putting two imaginary objects together, a reference to his actor's persona as Pikotaro and his PPAP hit song.
