Plot
Children all over Japan have mysteriously gone missing. The Biomen suspect the Neo Empire Gear has a hand in this and are soon proved correct as the Empire has built a machine which projects a hologram of two Japanese twin girls who ask children to play jump rope and then capture them to power up the machine even further. If that's not bad enough, soon Blue Three is captured by the girls as well. The Biomen unfortunatly have no time to look for him as the Empire has unleashed another evil giant mecha. But without Blue Three, Bio Robo's fighting potential is greatly diminished. Blue Three manages to turn the tables on the Empire by destroying the machine and saving the children who are no worse for wear. Blue Three unites with his fellow Biomen and finally ends the giant mecha's threat to their town!
