Crush it! Hinelar's Dark Designs (つぶすぜ! ヒネラーの黒い野望 Tsubusu ze! Hinerā no Kuroi Yabō) is the forty-eighth episode of Denji Sentai Megaranger. This is the fourth and final episode of the Hinelar City arc, featuring the final battle with the Neziranger and the next movement of Dr Hinelar that involves a discovery about the Megaranger, which in the last intance sets up series' end-game.
Synopsis
The Megaranger stage a final assault on Hinelar City to save everyone abducted from Hinelar's ultimate plan, only to be pursued by the still vengeful Nejiranger.
Plot
When the Megaranger reached the new location for Hinelar City beneath the ocean, they were led into a trap. Dr. Hinelar explained that he was capturing humans to turn into data cards. Shibolena then sentenced the Megaranger to the same fate. The Nejiranger spirits appeared and they entered Hinelar’s machine. The five emerged in corporeal form, and they revived the Megaranger. Hinelar later saw Kenta and his teammates transform.
The Megaranger blasted the Nejiranger with the Multi Attack Rifle and Drill Sniper Custom. This only made their opponents assume their monster forms. As Yusaku arrived in the city to help, he was confronted by the wounded Yugande. Mega Silver quickly took care of him before rushing in to the data card lab. He told his friends to lure the Nejiranger back to the room.
Once the Megaranger forced the Nejiranger beasts into the target area of Hinelar’s device, Yusaku pressed the button. The enemies were finally changed into data cards. The lab exploded along with Hinelar City. Back on dry land, the Megaranger celebrated their victory. However, Dr. Hinelar and his minions were not pleased.
