Earth's Final Day!! (地球最期の日!! Chikyū Saigo no Hi!!) is the forty-sixth episode of Chouriki Sentai Ohranger. This is the second part of the four-part series finale; culminating in Baranoia's invasion of Earth and revealing the ultimate truth of the mysterious Dorin.
Synopsis[]
With Baranoia's destruction and the capture of their teammates wearing them down, the Ohranger try to figure how to deal with the invasion as their battle to save their world becomes burdened by another sacrifice.
Plot[]
Bara Micron continues to rampage through the city as the Tankonpas continue to shoot down the buildings and torment humanity. Acha relays a message to the Japanese government that the Ohranger have been destroyed and Earth now belongs to the Baranoia Empire; with him and Kocha telling them to submit. Elsewhere, Kaiser Buldont and Multiwa celebrate their conquest and victory, the empress hugging her in delight at their victory. Humans are being abducted by the machines as they're set to become slaves for the empire; while the three remaining Ohranger hide, Momo stating they have to save them. Juri tries to stop her but her hurt knee prevents movement, with her telling OhPink to persist as is, since even if they could go outside, they can't defeat Baranoia now. Gorou states Juri is right and they need to treat OhYellow, giving her antiseptic and a band-aid for treatment as well as to Momo. OhPink asks Gorou if the Earth really is going to end up in Baranoia's hands, which he merely looks at the despair in the streets and spies Mikio which he drags into hiding with them. The boy cries as OhRed asks about the base and Miura, where he states the headquarters fell and the chief was trapped by the collapsing ceiling; Juri asks if he died but the boy states he doesn't know, merely that when he left, Miura told him to go somewhere Baranoia can't get to him and plan counterattack. Gorou states the chief won't die so easily and that they should split up, with the girls searching for Shouhei and Yuji and Gorou going with Mikio back to UAOH Base.
At the headquarters, the duo sneaks in where Gorou confirms that the chief is in the basement, where he confirms it's within the Chouriki Amplifier where he also hid Ohranger Robo and Tackle Boy beneath. Sneaking into the headquarters, they lurk through until Gorou asks where he was; Mikio stating he thought Miura was in the place he lead him but is suddenly gone. Seeing the Tetrahedron alright, he is forced to hide with the boy as Buldont and Multiwa arrive, the duo discovering the Chouriki Amplifier, identifying it as the source by which the Baranoia invasion has been caused so much trouble through all this time. Buldont confirms he will destroy it, but they must first do a thorough inspection to steal Chouriki for Baranoia. Acha arrives stating that the other two Ohranger have been captured, stating they left Shouhei and Yuji in the center of the city for anyone to see and when Juri and Momo see them, they will risk themselves to rescue their teammates. Multiwa calls the girls stupid stating they're getting closer without realizing the trap, while Buldont states he wants to head over there and watch this happen, leaving the Chouriki Amplifier with the other Baranoia forces. Gorou and Mikio realize the teammates in danger and head out.
In the center of the city, Yuji and Shouhei are chained to a pillar as the Barlo hit them, the female Ohranger spying their position with Momo stating they have to chance it with the two guards to save their teammates, while Juri states they shouldn't rush and that it's strange only two guards. Momo counters that since they can't transform due to the Dark Particles, they need to take advantage any breaks and even if Juri tries to stop, she's going to try for it. The girls head towards their teammates and attack the two Barlo to save Shouhei and Yuji; but when the males state it's a trap, they're attacked as the Barlo and the Baranoia leaders descend on them, Buldont stating they fell into his trap easily. The female Ohranger fight the Barlo as Shouhei and Yuji try to help them while Gorou and Mikio arrive, OhRed hides the boy as he joins them fighting the Baranoia minions to the cheers of his teammates. However, Buldont and Multiwa soon join in, the Ohranger continuing to have a hard time with the leaders until they attack with their beams defeating Gorou, Juri and Momo. Buldont mocks them stating their weak without their transformation; all bark and no bite with only Miura remaining and asking Gorou where he is. Gorou realizes Miura is still out there as Buldont hits him for not responding, knocking him down as he states he caught all the Ohranger and he'll execute them one at a time, starting with Captain Gorou! The other Ohranger scream until an earthquake occurs, with King Pyramider disabling the machine forces.
Buldont and Multiwa are shocked by the sudden appearance of KingRanger as he leaps out to join the battle, knocking away the Barlo with ease before freeing Shouhei and Yuji for the teammates to help retrieve. Riki advises the five to go into King Pyramider, but Mikio suddenly is captured by the Barlo needing help; the team try to help but Riki saves him, stating he'll save him and telling them to get to his base, advising Dorin to help as she sends down a beam teleporting the five inside. Multiwa and Buldont summon Bara Micron to appear and use Dark Particles to stop King Pyramider, its beams disabling the mecha while KingRanger continues to fight outside. Riki uses King Victory Flash to attack the giant Machine Beast, but Bara Micron uses more Dark Particles to force Riki to untransform and fall to the ground before being attacked by it's beams. Dorin calls out to Riki rushing to him; the Ohranger try to stop her but she heads outside to support Riki telling him to stand firm. Seeing the appearance of a Dorin, Buldont states that she will be the next destroyed, making Riki defend her. The Ohranger yell out but are hit by Bara Micron as Buldont attacks and hurts Riki, making Dorin rush to him.
Dorin stands in front of Riki and prays to the Chouriki to save Riki, her gem on her chest glowing as she creates a dimensional crack that summons to her a tetrahedron; surprising Buldont, Dorin asks the tetrahedron crystal to save Riki and the Ohranger, emitting Chouriki that empowers the engine on King Pyramider on it's own, sending it and the Ohranger flying as Gorou yells for the safety of the ancient duo stranded on Earth. The giant tetrahedron mecha flies as the Chouriki Amplifier on Earth glows and imparts it's power into Dorin's crystal, which flies into Bara Micron obliterating it instantly, shocking Buldont! As the duo stagger away, the emperor and empress attack, with Multiwa's arrow striking into Dorin, making her fall to the ground. Riki rushes to her but Buldont attacks him as well as Mikio watches helplessly. On the ground, Riki and Dorin crawl to one another, reaching out their hands and linking them together as the duo are protected by another attack by a tetrahedron and Riki fires his King Stick forcing the Baranoia forces back. Mikio runs to Dorin as Buldont curses them out and Riki uses his abilities to escape, landing in a field of flowers. Mikio and Riki call out to Dorin as Paku and several animals come by her side, the Dorin girl staring at them as the ancient warrior tells her to hold on. Dorin states that the Ohranger are headed to the home of the Dorin in King Pyramider, the homeworld of Chouriki, which is where the crystal came from. Dorin states the Ohranger will learn the secrets of Chouriki there and save the Earth as she tells Riki to not worry: she's not dying, merely going home as the two hold hands, Riki nodding towards her as she falls, making Riki and Mikio call out and Dorin cry as the girl transforms into sparkles and vanishes.
As Dorin leaves, the sky of Earth turns black, making the flowers die and the birds fly away. Riki and Mikio yell out for Dorin again as the warrior realizes that Earth's Chouriki is disappearing; with Dorin gone from Earth, nature is losing it's power. At UAOH Base, the Tetrahedron suddenly turns off, while in the streets of the destroyed city, Buldont celebrates Earth losing it's power, stating now it's like any other planet, which is fantastic for them! Multiwa, Acha and Kocha celebrate as they wander the streets victorious. In space, the Ohranger witness Earth change colors; but before they can witness further, a dimensional gate opens that King Pyramider drags them into without warning; Gorou states they're being called as they fly into the unknown, wondering what will happen to them.
